Testing applications and websites for usability in our usability lab
Our usability lab is equipped with following first-class technologies:- remote-controllable dome-cameras,
- eyetracking-device (Tobii),
- usability-tracking software,
- picture-in-picture recording on DVD,
- high-class studio-microphones (AKG).
Selected test subjects, which represent a special target group of a company, use the applications (website, software,…) with or without detailed exercises. Our experienced moderators record spontaneous verbalisms, comments, assessments and mind statements of the test persons. So we can assure, that all details like spontaneous statements, but also the individual behavior can be observed. Thus our clients receive meaningful and objective answers about the efficiency of their product.
