Orientation test
Good orientation in buildings or big areas contributes not only safety, but also improves the costumers satisfaction and lowers the costs.
Costumers, who can orientate themselves save time, reach their goal and have a positive user experience, without the help of staff for explaining the way. With the help of eye tracking we test the orientation of costumers in buildings or areas and optimise orientation systems and signage systems.

- Do costumers pay attention to the text?
- Can the costumers orientate themselves?
- Are the signs user-friendly and well positioned?

- Are the destinations marked?
- Is there guidance on decision points?
